Faulty Item

Firstly, we are very sorry that you have received an item that is not up to standard, its is not often but sometimes faulty items might slip through the net.


Please email a clear photo to us at the address below showing the problem you are experiencing with the product.
Once reviewed we will work together with our supplier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.



For environmental reasons, we print these products on demand meaning we don’t hold surplus stock.
This model creates significantly less waste.  Reducing returned products helps to keep this waste down.


However, if you do still require to return a product please keep reading;


Returns Address

Please email us at to put in a returns and refund request, we will then provide you with an address to return your products.


Under the UK returns law, customers have 14 days following the date of receipt, to return any products they do not wish to keep.
Please email the address above within 14 days to qualify for for a refund.


Any products returned must be in an unused condition.
If a returned item is not in an unused condition ZenHen will send the item back to the customer*. *additional postage will be required



The customer is responsible for paying all postage to return an item, items without the correct postage will be returned to sender.


Refund Amount

Once an item has been received and proceed ZenHen will refund the customer the price of the product returned, the original postage fee will not be refunded.
